If you purchase from Arrow GPS we request your name, address, e-mail address, shipping and billing information. This information is used for shipping purposes and to contact you if there is a problem or concern about your order. We may contact you occasionally about additional products or accessories that would complement your order. We will not sell this information to third parties or provide it unless required for law enforcement purposes.

In the event that Arrow GPS goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. If you make a purchase on the website, the initial handling of the order is via Mal's E-commerce Limited (see http://www.mals-e.com/privacy.php) and payment is via PayPal (see http://www.paypal.ca/). The use of information you provide to these websites is governed by their privacy policies.

Other information – log file

We may in the future make use of a log file which may capture: date and time of visit, refer address (location from which a visitor comes to ArrowGPS.ca), type of Internet browser, and visitor's IP address. (Each computer that connects to the Internet is assigned an IP Address, for identification purposes). The log file does not capture your e-mail address. The log file may be used to identify the type of website content our customers value most and customer browsing patterns. We then use this information to improve the website.
