Conditions of sale

If the unit is defective but undamaged you may return it within 21 days of when you received it and we will exchange it or have it repaired.  After the 21 days, you may return the unit to the Garmin repair center in Canada for repair under warranty. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a model of the same or higher value, providing you return your purchase within 10 days in pristine condition, including all of the original packaging and warranty cards. Do not send in your warranty card(s) to Garmin until after the 10-day period has elapsed.  If you choose to exchange for a model of higher value, you must of course pay the difference. Special orders, maps, books and software are not exchangeable. Shipping fees are at your cost.

If your package is visibly damaged, advise the delivery driver and refuse to accept delivery.  We will replace it at no additional charge.
